AT LAST!! This is the site I´ve been waiting for. I hope this will be a place for all Nick Simper admirers loving his work not only with DP but also with Johnny Kidd etc. and most of all WARHORSE and FANDANGO (my favourites by far!). Hope they will be some serious music and merchandising available - or better: news on forthcoming shows on the continent!! Cheers and thanks again! Marcus, Emsdetten, Germany

Wow, great to see a website dedicated to one of my favourite musicians. Good stuff! And just to let you know, Nick, I finally managed to get hold of your Dynamite single. Soul Rider is an absolute belter. Great stuff!

Congratulations on the website! As a long time Purple fan, I must say that you made an important inprint in the band, and I look forward to follow your career on the web as well.

Hi Nick! I was searching for a "Nick Simper Hompage" since years. Congratualtion to this fine website. It looks fine. Exspecially the Q's an A's and the interviews are very interesting. A lot of very old questions are answered now. I love all Deep Purple line ups. But Mark I still special for me. The third album (with "April") is still one of my favourites and Warhorse is one of the best DP split groups. It would be fine to find some gifts here (fotos, nice downloads etc...). Hope to here more form you... Thank you for this website! Greetings from North-Germany Karl-Heinz

Congrats on the websire Nick. Hope to see some pics here sometime soon. I'm very interested in the "Purple years" as well as Warhorse and would love to know what you're up to these days. Best of luck to you!

Good to see that you've now got yourself a website. I hope you get time to visit the message board and do some more Q&As and that upcoming gigs get plenty of advance notice. I've seen photos from the 1968 North American DP tour where you were playing what looked like a Fender Telecaster bass. What's the story behind that? Was it a short-lived experiment? Nigel
