Hi Nicky, It's very great to find your website. I live in Argentina and for several years admired your works not Deep Purple only but the amazing Warhorse and Fandango too. In my country I managed the DP Official Club and some years ago I make a writing interview for you and sent through Peter from Angel Air but I was not lucky with the answers. It would be very good if it could get his answer for our magazine. Some comments about your life in all this years. But in any case I want to tell you that you're a fantastic musician. Best wishes, Gabriel from Deepest Purple by Purple People DPAS Argentina

Nick has confirmed that the gig at the Sportsman is on the 18th March, not February. Apologies for the confusion Charlie.

Hi, The gig list at present shows the Boys playing on 18th February at The Sportsman. Can you confirm? The Sportsman list has the band down for 18th March! Cheers, Charlie

I am happy to confirm that I was number 3 in the food chain that led to the formation of Adelle`s excellent band . Nicky Simper and Ivan Izikovitz were number 4 and number 5 respectively . I hope this clears up any confusion . The band has great potential and will undoubtably be a milestone in Nick`s career .

I read your interview with interest, it was my understanding that Jim Byers and Adelle Kirk played in a band a couple of years ago and she left to do a couple of albums with Bascilica. She called Jim on return to London and asked him to put a band together. I have not heard the band yet, but have heard a lot of good things about them. I have known Jim and Adelle for some time, and while they wouldn't care who got the credit for putting the band together I think it's important people get the facts right. Look forward to hearing you sometime, say hi to Jim and Adelle (two Ls).
