Nick has confirmed that the gig at the Sportsman is on the 18th March, not February. Apologies for the confusion Charlie.
Hi,
The gig list at present shows the Boys playing on 18th February at The Sportsman. Can you confirm? The Sportsman list has the band down for 18th March!
Cheers,
Charlie
How's great to tells respect for Mr.Parks and Mr.Simper! You should place here the history of your friendship, good old boys! It's a pleasure to be here.
I am happy to confirm that I was number 3 in the food chain that led to the formation of Adelle`s excellent band . Nicky Simper and Ivan Izikovitz were number 4 and number 5 respectively . I hope this clears up any confusion . The band has great potential and will undoubtably be a milestone in Nick`s career .
I read your interview with interest, it was my understanding that Jim Byers and Adelle Kirk played in a band a couple of years ago and she left to do a couple of albums with Bascilica. She called Jim on return to London and asked him to put a band together. I have not heard the band yet, but have heard a lot of good things about them. I have known Jim and Adelle for some time, and while they wouldn't care who got the credit for putting the band together I think it's important people get the facts right. Look forward to hearing you sometime, say hi to Jim and Adelle (two Ls).
Nick Simper in Cologne.
In Cologne takes place an exhibition about Deep Purple from 06th of January to 3rd of March.
Evi Ivan - an artist in Germany is painting portraits of Deep Purple members (with Nick - of course). Also we have Concerts and other special evenings. We hope to see Nick and some members of the band in Cologne.

Hi Nick,
Thanks for a brilliant gig at the Union last night and for the autograph and time you spent chatting with me and Sally. Another blinding gig. See you next time.
Went to watch the Good Old Boys last night. Excellent rocking set, loads of rnb standards, top notch musicianship. Spoke to Nick after the gig and gave him all the postings and e-mails that you guys have sent him. He doesn't own a computer at the moment, but he said he'll try and get some replies back to me when he can. He's got so many pictures and diaries - we will start posting his early stuff really soon. He was really pleased to see that he's still got so many fans from all over the world!
'allo Guv! You lad of lads. What a fantastic visit that was.It doesn't get much better than that eh? Thanks for everything and much thanks to Rich. Keep rockin' with Southpaw and Rolling Rock always and make us a cup of tea Mr.Hudson!
